How to Use the Honing Rod:
- Clean the knife before using the honing rod.
- Rest the tip of the honing rod on a firm surface.
- Hold the knife at a 14-degree angle (10 degrees for Asian knives).
- Gently slide the knife toward the tip of the honing rod, maintaining the correct angle.
- Repeat 2 to 3 times for sharp knives, and more times for dull knives.
- Repeat the same process on the other side of the knife to finish.
